- Pour que la seconde main soit un plaisir, nous avons choisi de vous envoyer des vêtements impeccables : pas de trou ni de tâche.
- Chaque vêtement envoyé a été lavé, désinfecté, et repassé.
- Les pièces sont ensuite prises en photo.
- Cela fait 3 contrôles : après le repassage puis lors de la photo et enfin lors de l'envoi au client.
Si toutefois vous n'étiez pas satisfait, n'hésitez pas à faire une demande de retour.
